How To INSTIL GOOD VALUES ?

HOW TO INSTIL GOOD VALUES ? * Each and every person, whether an infant or an elder , is filled with inborn sanskaras. What a child brings with him is not in our control but we can help develop the seed of goodness which already exists in him. * Humane behaviour can only be expected from a person whose emotions are shaped , developed and made pure. It is the responsibility of parents to keep track of their child's emotional and ethical development. *Selfishness is the biggest motivation for any human being and it is not possible for anyone to give up personal interest completely , but we should at least limit them so that we don't harm others. *The golden rules to follow for the development of a noble character are: 1)Possessing a benevolent outlook. 2) Having faith in discipline and accord. 3) Limiting selfishness. 4) Getting rid of inferiority complex and      egotism. * The biggest challenge for all parents in the world is that of instilling good va

My Favourite Book

Image
MY FAVOURITE BOOK.             Daddy buys plenty of books for me because he knows I love reading. Once he bought for me the retold version of the Ramayana for children. I enjoyed reading it very much. Since then, I have read it many times. This book is indeed my favourite.             I feel very sad when Lord Rama is exiled to the forest for fourteen years. But then there he shows true courage. He faces many hardships. He fights against evil men and demons and protects the holy men living in the forest. Finally he wages a war against King Ravana of Lanka. I feel thrilled when Lord Rama emerges victorious in the end.             Hanuman and his vanar sena also fascinate me. Hanuman's devotion to Lord Rama is amazing. I have learnt many values from the story that I will never forget.                 THANKS FOR WATCHING

POLLUTION              Pollution is a problem because human beings, in an ever-increasingly populated and industrialised world, are upsetting the environment in which they live. Scientists maintain that one of humanity's greatest errors has been to equate growth with advancement. Now "growth" industries are being looked on with suspicion in case their side effects damage the environment and disrupt the relationship of different forms of life.               The growing population makes increasing demands on the world's fixed supply of air, water and land. This rise in population is accomplished by the desire of more and more people for a better standard of living. Therefore greater demands for electricity, water and goods result in an ever-increasingly amount of waste material to be disposed of.                 The problem has been causing increasing consern to living things and their environment.
